I've really come to love my emails from the Universe and from The Daily Love. They really do make me pause every day and think and forgive and take a deep breath and realize and remember. People need reminders. Or I do anyway. Sometimes when I've been thinking bratty thoughts I need that little nudge that says HEY don't you realize how incredibly lucky you are?? And 99% of the time I take a deep breath and smile and say DUH to myself in my mind.
And I need help sometimes keeping the past in the past and moving forward instead of trying to go backwards. Keeping all my ducks in a row :) It just takes practice and patience.
