I finally watched it! I remember when I saw the trailer a long time ago thinking it didn't look like what I'd pictured when I read it. Which is usually the case. But I thought they did a great job with this little film! And I thought the actors were fantastic ♥ Of course they leave out SO many details that made the book what it was, but I was happily surprised!

I've been in a nasty funk. Awful nasty. Yesterday was just a crappy day. I don't like to waste my life with crappy days but it surely was one. I had a terrible attitude and whined and complained and thank goodness it's a new day and I'm a new me. But last night pouting in bed I'll be damned if this didn't make me smile inside and out.

If the day ever comes when we get a new puppy, this will be the one. Since the very first day I met a Wheaten in 2003 I fell in love. What sweeties.
The Universe
I love my morning e mails from The Universe. They always make me smile and almost always I think of them througout the day. These three have been on my mind all week.
Met up with the dearest little angel over the weekend but she was so, so sad. She asked in the sweetest of angel voices how there can be so much love in the world yet so few feel it. How there can be so much beauty yet hardly anyone sees it. And how can there be so many miracles yet most are ignored. Poor thing. So Sarah, I reminded her of something far more important. I reminded her that whether or not one knows of the love, they are still bathed in it.Whether or not they see the beauty they still add to it. And whether or not they recognize the miracles they still perform them every single day. Then, we both just beamed.
Aw, isn't that happy? And I've thought about it all day every day.
Sarah, when you stop and reflect that thoughts become things, unconditionally, without exception, no matter what, no matter who's, and you grasp that this is an immutable law that throws all of the elements into overdrive on your behalf, don't you just want to cry for those who still keep looking for answers?
YES!! I love this one. And it's 100% true.
Practice, Sarah. Study. Prepare yourself. Think. Act. Face the beasts. Pay the piper whatever dues you think you have to pay. Do the dance, walk the fire, wait in line. Plant the seeds, hoe the field, go to market. Because on the day that you become all that you now dream of becoming...Oh my gosh, there is simply no price that would seem too great. It's going to be that good. You're going to be that happy, and it's going to be for so, so long. Guaranteed.
That's my favorite. I forwarded it to Kota and told him to read it as often as he can. It lights a fire under my ass and makes me soooo excited.

It's sunny, above 40 degrees and I start my job Monday! A friend got me a yummy bottle of wine that I plan on drinking tonight and it's FRIDAY!! Happy dance time!
